Where culinary artistry dances with ancient mysticism
Look, we're not gonna pretend every dish comes with some magical spell attached. But there's definitely something special happening in our kitchen that's hard to put into words.
Chef Morgana's been experimenting with seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations for over fifteen years, and honestly? She's created something pretty unique. You won't find these recipes anywhere else because she literally won't share them with anyone.
The dining room itself has this atmosphere that guests keep asking about - maybe it's the lighting, maybe it's the century-old architecture, or maybe there really is something mystical going on. You'll have to come see for yourself.
Seven courses that take you through a journey we've been perfecting since we opened. Each plate tells part of a story, though we'll let you interpret which story that is. Pairs really well with our sommelier's selections - he's got opinions about wine that border on obsessive.
$145 per person
Breakfast here isn't your standard continental buffet situation. We're talking house-baked pastries (warm from the oven), locally sourced everything, and coffee that guests have literally tried to bribe our staff to reveal the source of. Can't help you there - trade secrets and all that.
$38 prix fixe
Our private dining room's got this reputation for being where special moments happen. Proposals, celebrations, business deals - we've seen it all. Chef Morgana works directly with you to create something completely custom. Fair warning: she'll ask a lot of questions about your preferences.

She's not big on interviews or TV appearances, but she'll chat with you if you catch her during service. Trained in Paris, worked in Tokyo, somehow ended up in Vancouver and decided to stay.
Her approach to cooking is... well, she calls it "intuitive gastronomy" which sounds pretentious until you taste what she creates. She's serious about sustainable sourcing - knows most of her suppliers by name and visits their farms personally.
The mystical theming? That was actually her idea. She's got this whole philosophy about how cooking is basically modern alchemy. After trying her food, it's hard to argue with her.
"Food should transport you somewhere else, even if just for a moment. That's the real magic - not the smoke and mirrors, but the experience itself."

Smart casual dress code after 6 PM - we're not super strict but sneakers and gym wear don't really match the vibe. Kids are welcome but honestly, the atmosphere works better for ages 12+. We hold reservations for 15 minutes, then we've gotta release the table. Cancellations are fine, just give us 24 hours notice if you can.
